MS9001E Gas Turbine Generating Set

Overview

  • Packaged unit with common base and four major compartments: control, accessory, gas turbine, and generator.
  • Can be arranged outdoor or indoor.
  • Equipped with gas turbine control panel, generator control panel, protection panel, and motor control center.

Components

  • Air Inlet System: Air filters and silencers.
  • Compressor: Compresses air for combustion.
  • Combustor: Mixes fuel and air, burns to produce high-pressure, high-temperature gas.
  • Turbine: Expands gas to generate power.
  • Exhaust System: Releases exhaust to atmosphere or HRSG.
  • Accessory System and Control System: Supports and controls turbine operation.

Gas-Steam Combined Cycle

  • S109E: One MS9001E gas turbine, one HRSG, and one steam turbine.
  • S209E: Two MS9001E, two HRSG, and one steam turbine.
